The client is upgrading to VSE 6.2 for CA Intertest for CICS VSE. Is fix TE61063 and same as fix T561063?

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading to VSE 6.2 the client is required to apply fixes TC23605, TC23606, T561063 to CA Intertest for CICS VSE release 6.0 . The client already has fix TE61063 applied for a previous problem which alters the same instructions as fix T561063. Is fix T561063 is permanent version for TE61063?

Fixes TE61063 and T561063 are identical fixes. So the fix required for VSE 6.2 is already applied.
