CCF040KS The APPLICATION is not found for the CR ID table 2

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error under CCF. We are experiencing the following error when we try to logout programs from CCF.
CCF040KS: The APPLICATION is not found for the CR ID; table 2 
MODULE ===> REQUEST ID ===> WO002257 
(or "wildcard" name for selection list) 

PRODUCTION MASTER FILE ===>

Cause

The application defined within the Work Order was not defined in the Programming Manager Table in CCF.

Resolution

Add the Manager, Application along with the Chain Group for the application that is defined in the work order to the "Programming Manager Table" 
Once added the chain will be listed when checking out a module.
