Issue/Introduction

I would like to synchronize one Web Viewer with another. Can it be done manually using the export / import functionality? [ Repository, Role, Profile, User, Directory & Preferences] - just export and import - using the Administration panel in Web Viewer? When I export and import users - I notice that there does not appear to be an option to replace the entire user set with new ones -- therefore I will end up with additional users? Is there a way to replace entirely the configuration from your Web Viewer interface OR must I copy the relevant DB tables/directories over - in which case could you verify exactly which tables/directories contain the configuration information. info?

what is needed to copy across - using apache Tomcat ! "..../ apache-tomcat-7.0.54/webapps/CAOMWebViewer12/database/*"
If you are running using internal security, (no defined CAOMWV12_HOME environment variable), and using the Internal Derby database and not an external one, then the above is correct. Under "..../ apache-tomcat-7.0.54/webapps/CAOMWebViewer12/database/*", you would only need the /AdminDB directory to get all your table data. The /RunTimeDBCache is as its name alludes, only used/needed at runtime and has no information needed when running.
