Issue/Introduction

When developing an Android app and using the dependency manager option the libraries are not loaded into the projects lib folder.

Resolution

Jcenter pulls the libraries and caches them locally, typically under the users home directory,

ie: C:\Users\<user>\.gradle\caches\transforms-1\files-1.1
