Issue/Introduction

Unable to bind EEM to LDAP. 

iPoz.log shows this message:

<date> 15:02:03: ERROR: [0x6ddb6700] iSponsor::Invoke [iPoz->iDispatch] bad credentials in the request from host

Resolution

Possible causes:

1. They enter incorrect userid or password. Validate the userid and/or password is correct.

2. The LDAP userid is locked out. The LDAP Administrator might be able to determine the state of the LDAP userid being used.
