Environment

Client Automation 14.0 SP1, SP2 and SP3 on Windows
 

Cause

A problem in CAPKI library : libcapki.dll
 

Resolution

Open a case at CA Technical Support in order to request the fix T533280

This fix is indicated for Client Automation 14.0 SP1 but it could be also applied on 14.0 SP2 and SP3 too as CAPKI has the same version in these releases.



Method to install the fix :
 

1- Uncompress the file T533280.caz with cazipxp.exe 
CAZIPXP -u T533280.CAZ 

2- Stop caf
caf stop 

3- Rename the file
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CAPKI\CAPKI\CAPKI5\Windows\x86\32\lib\libcapki.dll
as
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CAPKI\CAPKI\CAPKI5\Windows\x86\32\lib\libcapki.ORI 


4- Copy the file libcapki.dll of fix T533280 in directory C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CAPKI\CAPKI\CAPKI5\Windows\x86\32\lib 

5- Start caf
caf start
