cannot connect to Jaspersoft Server in 6.4

Issue/Introduction

Jaspersoft 6.2 and 6.4 are on the same machine.  User can connect to the jaspersoft server in 6.2 but not 6.4.  Receives below error -

Cause

Changes have been made to the jdbc drivers between versions 6.2 and 6.4.  
This will cause and issue when connecting to 6.4 if both are on the same machine

Environment

PPM 15.3
Jaspersoft 6.4

Resolution

Uninstall both Jaspersoft 6.2 and 6.4 then do a new install of 6.4
