Issue/Introduction

When trying to download maintenance for Top Secret using SMPE Internet Service retrieval, it doesn't connect. The firewall people internally confirmed that the connection was not being stopped. Here is the output. Is the URL correct?

Resolution

The URL is correct. The problem was caused by the internal firewall. Authorization to allow the user to get to the URL needed to be granted.
