How to use EXPORT and IMPORT to back up your CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 Data

Issue/Introduction
It is possible to use the Export feature to back up your database information and then use IMPORT to restore it if needed.
NOTE: The EXPORT utility does not replace regular database backups. Favorites cannot be EXPORTED or IMPORTED.
Environment
Release: OUTWBV01300-12.1-Output Management-Web Viewer for AIX Component:
Resolution
To export, log in as a system admin and do the following:
Click the Administration tab
Click the Export Link
When the Export – Webpage Dialog appears, check all the boxes then click the Next button
When prompted, select a location and names for the files then click Save (the exact steps will vary depending on the browser being used).
Click the Close button
To perform the import, log in as a system admin and do the following:
Click the Administration tab
Click the Import Link
When the Import dialog appears, select the boxes you want to import, select Override (if appropriate) in the Conflict Option column then click the Browse button
Specify the locations and names for the each XML file then click Open
Click the Import button
When the import is complete, click the Close button
