This article provides details for modifying the session timeout for WCC users.
Environment
Release: ALL Supported Version
Component: CA WCC
Resolution
Follow below steps to modify the "session timeout':
- Login into WCC,
- Select 'Configuration' tab.
- Under 'Preferences', select 'Configuration' and press Go.
- Under 'Security' you see the field 'Session Timeout' which has default setting of 30.
Session Timeout Specifies the time (in minutes) that a user session can remain idle before timing out.
Default: 30 Limits: 1-1440
