How to extend user session timeout for WCC?

How can we extend the time before user gets logged off?

Release: ALL Supported Version
Component: CA WCC

Resolution

Follow below steps to modify the "session timeout':

1. Login into WCC,
2. Select 'Configuration' tab.
3. Under 'Preferences', select 'Configuration' and press Go.
4. Under 'Security' you see the field 'Session Timeout' which has default setting of 30.

Session Timeout Specifies the time (in minutes) that a user session can remain idle before timing out.
Default: 30 Limits: 1-1440
