Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from V10 to v12.1, one of the new servers CPs all show started in their logs, and service manger dialog, but the CP do not show in the java GUI and no agents or users are connecting to these CPs either.

SYMPTOMS:
-CPs are able to start successfully from the Service Manager Dialog and showed active connections from the Service Manager Dialog.
-When viewed from the System Overview in the Java User Interface, CPs from one node showed as offline.
-When right clicking the CP from the System Overview and selecting the report, it shows an old server name from ucsrv.ini.

Environment

Release: Automic Workload Automation
Component: Automation Engine

Resolution

-Navigated to the on client 0000 and deleted the entries for CPs which were not showing started in the GUI
-Stopped CPs on the node experiencing issues from the service manager dialog
-Manually started CPs for the 2nd node outside of the service manager dialog
-Now CPs are now showing as active in the System Overview of the User Interface
-Stopped CP processes which we started manually, then started them using the service manager dialog.
-CPs are now showing online and active connections in the service manager dialog AND the User Interface.
