When your Team Board won't load, it is usually due to a corrupt filter setting which prevents the board from loading. Filters are saved as a Preference on a per-user basis. To clear the potentially corrupt filter setting, you can delete the filter preference. Each user experiencing this issue will need to walk through the process to clear their own preference. This can also resolve issues for the Team Board's other views such as Cycle Time.
This also corrects errors with filters such as this one:
Could not read: Operator 'contains' requires a right-hand operand, none was given
Also: Invalid format: "Invalid date" error
Also try deleting these preferences using the same steps above if deleting team-board-default/-200035 doesn't work: dataTable-user-preferences and team-board-default/-200035/charts_cycle (This is the full preference name. No need to split it up)
