Issue/Introduction

Where can IFCIDS 221, 222, 342 and 343 be enabled in Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2)
IDDCPRMS if that is possible. Will the records be available in the IDB2 product or is it better to run the trace for these IFCIDS
outside the product?

Resolution

The IDB2 sysparms HIST-STATS-RECS= parm is where you can add the IFCIDs but before making that change make sure to understand
the performance impact of the IFCIDs being added. The recommendation is to start these trace outside of IDB2 instead of having them done in the product.
