Issue/Introduction

Why does Tomcat (WSTOMSTC) fail to start with the following error:
EWS0422E Communication Error, CciWebsapi internal code : "-2000" "getConnection() Error"

EWS0101I Severe error occurred during STC Spawn processing

Resolution

Check the spawned task (WSEWSSTC) for possible Endevor errors. Resolve those errors and start Tomcat (WSTOMSTC) again.
