Where can I find these error messages and codes ? What do these messages mean?

These messages indicate, that TISRVMSL, the “Gen CICS Multi Sockets Server Listener” - ABENDed.
When this ABEND occurred TISRVMSL extracted information from the “CICS EXEC interface block”
and displayed the field EIBRESP.
The field EIBRESP contains a number corresponding to the RESP condition that occurred.
Response 69 indicates a USERIDERR
