Issue/Introduction

Customer demonstrated this while on a WebEx with CA. Repeatedly sorting the report list, lines column, crashes Web Viewer - brought him back to the login/ASP page.

Resolution

Customer is no longer able to recreate the problem. He suspects that when he increased the memory for Tomcat, it fixed the issue. CA SE advised if an array grew too big, we could get an out of bounds exception, causing the perceived crash. Allocating more resources avoids the situation.
