Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to reset the password to the Harvest Administrator (harvest) user account if it is lost?

Environment

CA Harvest SCM all versions and platforms.

Resolution

Please contact support for assistance in resetting the Harvest Administrator password via SQL.  Such activity should be conducted with Support assistance.
