the following message appears :
TSS0942I INVALID CERTIFICATE DATA - NOICSFKEY

For information, this certificate isn't known to ICSF and the same command with the same certificate works on a other environment.

Resolution

The most common fix is to make the Region Size, 'REGION=0M', but you can pick a specific size. Make sure it's considerably larger than what you have to allow for command processing and growth. You'll have to recycle Top Secret to pull in the new Region Size, but it only takes about a minute or less to stop Top Secret and then restart it. Since the command can't be processed in the region it tries to put it into ICSF but can't do that either because you are not using ICSF.
