VM:Tape will not install; receiving DMSWPD1459S Number of records for file VMTASN TEXT different than when dumped

Issue/Introduction

All the VM:Manager products are installed and configured with the exception of VM:Tape. The installation procedure failed due to an error in the distribution media.
