How to reset Admin password in CA Risk Analytics

Issue/Introduction

This document will help in resetting Admin password in CA Risk Analytic Console.

Environment

Risk Analytics 5 & above

Resolution

Step 1: Login into CA Risk Analytics Admin Console.

Step 2: Select User & Administrator

Step 3: Go to Organization and provide the Organization name and select SEARCH

Step 4: Select Organization and it will populate all the Admin ID which below to specific organization.

Step 5: Select Admin ID click on edit Update Administrator and select the Role and then select the reset Password.
