Issue/Introduction

Unable to access link https://oss-pam1.oss.ca:8443/itpam (Direct Product URL)
If I restart service CAITPAMAgent then I can get to the logon screen, when I login then the screen just hangs with timer.

Environment

Resolution

On PAM1 server:
Checked PAMAgent Log file 
restarted service CAITPAMServer 
recycled Apache 
Eventually, rebooted server PAM1 & 2
Case fixed
