When attempting to log into the mobile PPM Time Manager App, I am getting an invalid user/password message. Other users are able to log in without a problem. Is there something we are missing?
The user who had the login issue did not have the External Authentication box checked on their resource record. This caused them not to be able to authenticate via the mobile Time Entry app.

Compared a user who is able to log in with the user who is not able to log in and found that the working user had the "External Authentication" box checked on their user account. We checked the box for the non-working user and now she is able to log into the Time Management app as well.
