Installing DevTest Server and Connecting to an Existing Enterprise Dashboard

Issue/Introduction

While installing DevTest connecting to an Existing EnterpriseDashboard  we are seeing the below message:
Incorrect format. Please specify a valid host and port in 'host:port' format.
Install New Enterprise Dashboard Server: [1], Existing Enterprise Dashboard Server: [2, Enter]
Enterprise Dashboard Option
An Enterprise Dashboard connection is required for each DevTest Solutions
install. You may install a new instance or connect to an existing Enterprise
Dashboard.

Cause

Incorrect format. 

Resolution

If this is not the first Server that is installed in this network, enter the location of the existing Enterprise Dashboard. This option specifies that the registry installed with this Server is to connect to the existing Enterprise Dashboard.  The default is localhost:1506, only use this if an Enterprise Dashboard has already been installed on the machine. 

When choosing to an existing Enterprise Dashboard the executables for the Enterprise Dashboard will not be installed.

The format to enter is  -  HOST:PORT

***Do not use http://Host:port/
