Resolution
The message “CEE3561S External function TIRPXMIT was not found in DLL TIRORUNC.” indicates , that the PTFs RO84681 and RO84682 have been applied, but the updated dll version of TIRORUNC isn't currently used within this CICS environment. To resolve this situation the version of TIRORUNC, that has been updated by the above named PTFs, needs to be copied to the CICS DFHRPL dataset - then either reload the module by a New Copy or restart the CICS system.
