Lost scoreboard data for Completed jobs after ESP system restart

Issue/Introduction

After ESP Workload Automation system was restarted, it was discovered that jobs that had run & completed did not show up on the scoreboard. Why?

Environment

ESP Workload Automation on Z/OS for all releases

Resolution

Generally when ESP is restarted, the jobs in completed applications won't show up on Scoreboard; this is meant to reduce the entries and improve performance. The result is like "PURGSCHF NOW" has been issued.
