Librarian CCF Work order *UNASSIGNED* error

Issue/Introduction

A work order has been created for a programmer, but the programmer is not able to logout any programs under the work order number that was generated.
I have provided some information below:

Cause

Programmer assignment for the work order was not done. 

Resolution

After a new work order has been opened the next step is to assign the work order to the programmer.
In CCF select option 2 ASSIGN - Assign, reassign, reject a change request.
Fill in the appropriate fields when assigning a work order to the programmer.
Example below:
