Does CA Scheduler schedule with criteria of WEEK1OF5 run the first week every month?

Resolution
CA Scheduler criteria of WEEK1OF5 for a schedule will only run the 1st week when there are only 5 weeks in a month which are most months. However in September and December of 2018 there are 6 weeks in those months. The schedule will not run in September and December 2018.
You can use REPORT DATETRAN to verify keyword criteria of WEEK1of5.
Go to CA Scheduler Online:
3 REPORTS - Execute and view reports
then
5 DATETRAN - Criteria keywords for a given date
then enter datetab (or the name of your default datetable) and 12012018
