Email Notification on Password View Policy has stopped working, users are no longer receiving emails from PAM when a password is viewed. It was confirmed that no changes were made to PAM nor the SMTP servers.

The issue was occurring because of an issue with NTP servers. Checking the NTP Status tab under Configuration > Date/Time, none of the NTP servers listed were connected.
If no NTP server is available, or if it is available but connections are rejected, please reconfigure the NTP server in PAM until a valid server is present.
Set the Tomcat Logs to INFO or FINE to get more information and check if PAM is sending the emails.
