Need VM:Manager product installation files

Issue/Introduction

I have a user on one of my VM Lpars who is upgrading the operating system of their VM to 6.4 and needs to install VM/Manager.
How do I get the product?

Resolution

The products themselves can be downloaded from CA's Support Online (CSO) under DOWNLOAD MANAGEMENT. You can download PRODUCTS or Published SOLUTIONS. All of the products are delivered as SERVLINK files which are VMFPLC format VMSES/E product envelope files that have been compressed using the CMS COPYFILE command with the PACK option.
