Issue/Introduction

From Identity Portal (IDP) Admin page, when opening a certification campaign, you might see - depending on the IDP version - similar header fields for users and roles displayed in the page

As shown in the above sample screenshot, there are Organization, Organization Type for users and Organization for roles.

These fields come from a certificate template in Identity Governance.

Environment

Identity Portal

Resolution

1.Log onto Identity Governance (IDG) and open a related certification template

For example,

2.Keep clicking Next button until you get to Summary page

Within the Summary page, there is a section called "Display Settings" --> click on the drop-down list.

3.Scroll down to "Role Actions" part, there are a lot of headers listed there, including Organization.

Scroll to the right-hand side and click on the spanner icon.

4.On the Selected Fields panel, you can remove Organization, Description, etc (except the red fields which are mandatory and you can't remove them)

Click OK when you are done.

5.Scroll down and click Apply Changes button

6.Generate another certification and verify that the Organization and other fields you removed from the certificate template no longer appear for role category

Notes:

- When you remove Organization and/or other fields, other existing fields will take place and appear on the certification campaign in Sigma Portal.

- The change only takes effect on new certification campaigns.
