Add Peer Inline option is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

When trying to Add Peer Inline from the gear menu, you may find that the option is grayed out as shown below:

Resolution

To resolve the issue, sort the page by Rank.  This will enable the Add Peer Inline option as seen below:
