Why do we received error (NOT SEL) while applying a PTF?

Resolution

The error is occurring because a version of a module for a PTF ( RO49724  in this instance) has a PRE from an older PTF (RO49670).   SMP is informing you that it put on the  module from the newer PTF and not the one from the older PTF.    The message GIM22701I APPLY PROCESSING WAS SUCCESSFUL FOR SYSMOD RO49724 indicates that there is no problem with the apply of the PTF.
