Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 problems with installation on Windows 2016

Issue/Introduction

When installing Web Viewer on Windows Server 2016 the installer is failing with message: "ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load ..." (full message below). I looked for help on the web and there is a suggestion to run it in Windows 7 compatibility mode. I have tried following set of commands:
1. set __COMPAT_LAYER=WIN7RTM 2. CAOMWS20.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_171\bin\java.exe" It fails as well.
Error message: ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load at ZeroGa4.b(DashoA10*..) at ZeroGa4.b(DashoA10*..) at com.zerog.ia.installer.LifeCycleManager.b(DashoA10*..) at com.zerog.ia.installer.LifeCycleManager.a(DashoA10*..) at com.zerog.ia.installer.Main.main(DashoA10*..) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Unknown Source) at com.zerog.lax.LAX.launch(DashoA10*..) at com.zerog.lax.LAX.main(DashoA10*..)

Cause

The install is not compatible with Windows 2016 server and so a new ISO was provided.

Resolution

New .iso directory created. but the only thing needed is the CAOMWS20.exe to do the install. The other files are placed in the same directory as the CAOMWS20.exe when you execute it. CAOMWS20.exe autorun.inf ca.ico install.htm. A new ISO to be made GA.
