Issue/Introduction
Process Engines keep on going down. In Process Engine Page the Status shows "Cannot determinate status". Why?

Resolution
If multicast is not working properly it can cause that issue because the Servers don’t see each other. For process engines to work properly the multicast has to be working properly. Please contact CA PPM Support to get a list of Multicast Tests you need to run on your servers to check if the configuration is correct.
