A command entered or contained in a CLIST has invalid syntax on panelid RPM

Issue/Introduction

I met a problem when I put the IS command on the CA DBMS first panel (RPM) or when I selected SYSVIEW For DB2. I obtained the following message :
"A command entered or contained in a CLIST has invalid syntax" If I use SYSVIEW with TSO, It works 

Environment

z/os DB2

Cause

invalid INSIGHT member

Resolution

During the installation, a member INSIGHT has been created in PDS CDBACLS0. This member seemed to be incorrect. I deleted this member and now the IS command works fine.
