Environment

Resolution

You can unlock the administrative user for Provisioning Manager with the following procedure.

1.  Using the LDAP browser tool (e.g. Jxplorer), connect to the Provisioning Directory with the following settings

    Host: Host name where imps-router is running
    Port:  20391
    Level: User + Password
    User DN:
eTDSAContainerName=DSAs,eTNamespaceName=CommonObjects,dc=etadb
    Password: The password is the one used during the installation of Provisioning Directory

2. Once connected to the Provisioning Directory, expand as below and select the administrative user under "Global Users"

    etadb - im - commonOnjects - Global Users

3. Edit the administrative user object to clear eTLocked, eTSuspended or eTIMEnabledState attribute so that it is no longer is set to 1. then, click submit.
