How to delete ARA entities?

Issue/Introduction

while working with Automic Release Automation, some time we have the deployment which we are not used them any more, so we either can archive them or completely delete them.
It is simple to archive the entities, however delete a little more complicated.
So please find below steps to delete all the entities.

Environment

Release:
Component: ARLSMG

Resolution

To Delete any entities (Installation, Profile, package, Workflow, component, and whole application)

You can hover the mouse on the delete button, you will see the requirement before we can delete the entities

Now Let's get started to delete all the whole application.

Step 1. Delete all the execution using “DBCleanup.exe” you can follow this link

After delete the executions, the installation also gone.

Step2.  Now you can delete package, Profiles, component, workflow

Please noted that when you delete the workflow,It may not allow you to do that since the workflow still active.

Go to process monitoring  and deactivate all of them.

Then delete the workflow,  After that you can delete the whole application
