Report Is Stuck In the 'Not Scheduled' State

A scheduled report from Home > Reports and Jobs > Reports is stuck in the 'Not Scheduled' status.

When trying to pause and resume the instance, the following generic error is given:
NJS-0001 Unable to process request due to server configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site adminstrator.


Check the APP logs to find out the error message.

The latest example is:
ERROR 2021-05-13 09:12:29,894 [http-nio-85-exec-41] niku.njs (clarity:xxxxx:nmc.resumeReport) Unable to schedule job: 6517550 com.niku.union.exceptions.SchedulerException: Job's end date cannot be set before start date


Check the report schedule properties.
Make sure the schedule date, hour and minutes set is past the current date and time.
