Rally - Numeric value displays as 'NaN'

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Iteration Status Page or any number of pages within Agile Central, you may find that a numeric value is displayed as 'NaN'.

Component: ACSAAS

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Change the Show number at the bottom of the page.
2. Re-sort the list by ID or Name.
3. Re-sort the list by Rank.
4. Change the Show number once again.

 

This process is done by each user experiencing the 'NaN' in their view and is a permanent fix.
