Workflows containing PromptSets, which are launched with 'execute once' or 'execute recurring', remain in status 'Waiting for User Input' when an Alias is specified

Issue/Introduction

A Workflow containing a Promptset is executed via 'execute once' or 'execute recurring'.

The Parameter Pane for Execute Once or Recurring popups.

If now in the field alias a value is entered, the PromptSet window is never displayed. No indication appears in the Request Pane.

The Task remains indefinitely in status 'Waiting for User Input'. 

There is no possibility to access to the Input of the PromptSet. 

 

Cause

This is a bug present in One Automation 12.1 HF 4  and Automic Web Interface 12.1.0.GA01

Is not to use an Alias in the Execution Once Panel


Solution:
Install a version where this problem is resolved:
Automic.Web.Interface 12.2.0 - release planned around 29-06-2018
