Issue/Introduction

After installing the CA SSO Web Agent for IIS on the IIS webserver, browser access to the default web page throws a HTTP 500 server error '00-0001' error.

This server was serving out the web pages properly before Web Agent installation.

The Web Agent installation and configuration steps were both performed successfully without errors

Resolution

The ACO parameter DefaultAgentName was set incorrectly: 

<AgentName>,<Hostname>

Rather than:

<AgentName>,<FQDN|IP Address>

Set DefaultAgentName to correct agent name and commented out AgentName parameter in ACO.
