CAUAJM_E_30035 <Hostname> is not reachable. Session aborting...
Unable to connect from a client to an Autosys server
 

Environment

CA Workload Automation 11.3.6 SPx

Resolution

CAUAJM_E_30035 error can be caused due to multiple reasons.

If we can find the below error in Application Server logs, the issue is with the communication between the client and the Application Server.
CAUAJM_E_30035 Client [CA WAAE AutoPing][Hostname.domain.com:XXXXX:XXX.XXX.XX.XXX] is not reachable. Session aborting...

Verify the communication between the Client and the Application Server by running a ping and/or nslookup from the server to the client. If there is a communication issue this will most likely time out on us.
Also verify if port 7163 inbound being blocked by any firewall/network settings.
