How do I log on to Clarity (SaaS) from Open Workbench?

Resolution

If you prefer to connect to your SaaS Clarity PPM environment from Open Workbench instead of using the "Open in Scheduler..." dropdown from the project itself, you can do so by using the following details:

Username: You Clarity PPM username (e-mail address format).
Password: Your Clarity PPM password.

SSL Handling: Full
CA PPM Host: Your Clarity PPM URL, without "https://" (e.g.: example.ondemand.ca.com)
Port: 443

If your network is using a proxy, fill in those details as well.

 

 

 

Additional Information

• If you are using Single Sign-On (SSO), please check this if your login is not accepted: CA Clarity Tuesday Tip:  XOG, OWB, and MSP login failures with SSO. 
  Using the "Open in Scheduler..." option from CA PPM is highly encouraged in this scenario.
