Issue/Introduction

Getting this error when running our IIMU transaction.

Environment

z/OS, CA Datacom/DB 15.1, Ideal 15.1 

Cause

IDDAT files were somehow merged with some others and a IDDAT member was missing in the file..

IDADEXEP02 - MEM MEM-NAME (USER USER-NAME) not found.
Reason:The member specified cannot be found.
Action:Check member name or optional USER name and correct.

Cause may be due to:
- SC00TRAN missing the related member.
- IDDAT file missing the related member.

Resolution

IDDAT file stays untouched during upgrade. In no case IDDAT files are merged.

Problem was due to missing member in IDDAT.

Additional Information

See upgrade JCL: CAILSAMP and search ISPF 3.14 for IDDAT file.
IDDAT is not updated in any case.
