For TSS support for MFA, how can I obtain the number of MFA users defined in the TSS database ?

Depending on how MFA is set, you can try:

TSS WHOH CASECMFA(TSSMFA.) - This should list all acid's which MFA is requested for.
TSS WHOHAS MFACTOR(xxxxx) to see who has the MFA factor.
