Issue/Introduction

Java Web Client fails to load after logging in. After about 5 minutes, the error "AwE-5009 RMI connection failure, check if RmiServer is running" is thrown. Selecting the details button show the following error:

Other behaviors include:

• No errors in Rmi logs
• awexe node command shows Automation Engine and Agents in Running status but Backlog counts remain the same
• Rmi logs show no process information regarding Job scheduling or processing
