UVC: Step number is not displayed in Job Runs

Issue/Introduction

The column 'Step' in the Job Runs screen of UVC is supposed to display the step to which a job has advanced. By design, the values is not updated continuously during the execution of a job in DUAS v6. However, if a job aborts the column 'Step' should be update in order to see to which step the job has advanced, this is not the case, except for v5 jobs.
