HOW TO REACH THE TLC TEAM FOR LMPKEYS

Issue/Introduction

Unlike the regular CA DB2  TOOLS Main Menu, the disaster recovery site CA DB2 TOOLS Main Menu displays only General Facilities and Value Pack screen options.  Other Options like Backup and Recovery, Database Administration, Performance Management, Utilities are missing. What's the problem here?

Resolution

This a LMPKEYS problem.  When going to disaster and recovery site, the TLC team needs to be contacted to get LMPKEYS for DR site. TLC Team can reached by dialing 800-225-5224 option 2 then option 1 and a live agent.
