UVC and UVMS launch HTTP requests during startup

Issue/Introduction

During the startup of Univiewer Console (standalone, Webconsole or Webstart) HTTP request are send out to external websites

Environment

All versions 6.x

Cause

This Java application have signed binaries that have to be check with the certificate authority Thawte

Resolution

In order to prevent delays and time-outs access to thawte.com should be granted to servers starting UVC or UVMS.
In the case of Univiewer Webconsole this can be the laptop or desktop where the console is executed
